As a Deals Corporate Valuations Senior Consultant in our Perth team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering robust valuation advice to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives. What you’ll do: Support transaction and compliance valuations for businesses, shares and financial instruments Assist in preparing independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value assessments for Infrastructure and PE funds, impairment testing and share option valuations Support transaction-related valuations including deal assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital structure optimisation Participate in portfolio business reviews to identify value improvement and inform investment decisions Stay current with industry trends, valuations methodologies and regulatory changes to provide informed and innovative advice Collaborate with senior team members and mentor juniors through training, coaching and feedback to deliver high-quality client services while developing your own valuation expertise What we’re looking for: Experience in core business valuations and managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis and capital management strategies Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modelling, project management and preparing high-quality client deliverables Good consulting capabilities and client relationship skills to manage engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar What you’ll gain: A supportive, inclusive culture where your ideas and perspective are welcomed from day one.
